Join Rachel from The Clean Happy Life for a cozy fall food demo. Watch as she whips up her Roasted Garlic Soup: the perfect comfort dish to kick off soup season. You’ll get to sample the finished soup and go home with locally sourced garlic to recreate the recipe in your own kitchen.

An Introduction to AI with Dennis Gleeson

It’s difficult to go anywhere without hearing about AI. In this hour-long non-technical talk, Dennis Gleeson will look at the difference between search and artificial intelligence; talk about how AIs work; how to work safely with AIs; and some of the societal issues surrounding AI such as education and employment.

TAI CHI Easy/Qigong
Saturday, September 19 & September 26 | 10am | Library lawn (outside)
Tai chi easy/qigong practice uses gentle movement, massage, meditation, and mindfulness to support overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Class will focus on integrating body, breath, and mind to promote relaxation and restore balanced energy. Each session encourages individuals to engage at their own pace and according to their personal needs.

Learn how to create worksheets and workbook, use the toolbars, create budgets and organize information. Although using Excel to help simplify your life may sound complicated, we’ll turn you into a pro.
