The Stratford Library is seeking a creative, energetic, and community-minded Head of Marketing & Communications to lead the Library’s marketing, public relations, and community outreach efforts. This full-time position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, creating engaging print and digital content, managing media relations, promoting Library programs and services, coordinating community partnerships, overseeing meeting room rentals and art exhibits, and assisting with programming and special events. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in marketing, graphic design, and public outreach, is proficient in Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, and Canva, and is passionate about connecting people with library resources. This position serves on the Library’s Administration Team and includes occasional evening and weekend Supervisor-on-Duty responsibilities. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. Salary: $55,000–$65,000, with excellent benefits.
