For children entering grades 1-7 who are enjoying the Library Loot program, here are the 3 current weekly challenges:
– read a classic (20+ years old; high quality book that stands the test of time)
– read a book about a farm animal (fiction or nonfiction)
– read a biography
You have until August 13 to complete any challenges. Stop by the Children’s desk with your savings book to report on your reading. Not yet signed up? You can sign up for summer reading on our website with your card (for readers) and then stop by the Library for your savings book. Younger children can sign up for Read to Me at the Library.
