  • All appointments will take place at The Baldwin Center.
  • Please pick up and fill out an interview form PRIOR to your appointment. Interview forms will be available for pick up in The Baldwin Center Lobby & Drop Box, located just to the left of the main entrance.
  • Arrive only at your appointment time. Early arrivals will not be seen prior to their scheduled appointment.
  • Everyone MUST SIGN IN at The Baldwin Center’s Greeter Desk before proceeding to their appointment, and SIGN OUT prior to departure.

Please bring with you to your appointment:

  • Last year’s tax return (if available)
  • Photo IDs and Social Security Cards for all taxpayers and dependents
