It’s week 11, or week 1 of Connecticut’s Phase One reopening. In case you visit the beach, this week’s animal photo is seagulls! If you take your own seagull pictures – socially distanced! – please share them with us. Hey, there are only 3 weeks left of school – you will make it! This week, join us for Name That Tune, read to the dogs, and a SpaceX Launch watch. In other news, this is the last week of spring storytime. Online Monday and Friday storytimes will begin again on June 15. Just as it always does, spring is becoming summer here in Connecticut. We look forward to sharing details of summer online programs with you very, very soon.

SpaceX Launch Watch Party
Watch the scheduled SpaceX/NASA manned launch of the Dragon Crew rocket from Kennedy Space Center with us. Cheer on astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley as they make Dragon Crew’s first personned test flight. The launch is scheduled for 4:32 pm, so please be in the Zoom by 4:20 pm. Of course, if the launch window changes, we will reschedule our party to that time… whenever it is! Registration required.

Join our Artemis Fowl Book Group
